Having relied on an external pressure test facility for many years – Titan has recently taken delivery of a high-pressure test unit for in-house pressure testing of our high pressure flow sensors. The new unit is able to accommodate and test even our largest high pressure flow sensors with a 600mm cubic loading capacity. The maximum design pressure is 1200 Bar which will enable us to rapidly validate new flow meter designs as well as certifying meters for high pressure operation.

Titan High Pressure Flow Sensors – Oval Gear Flow Measurement

These compact, rugged, high-pressure oval gear flowmeters are designed to give high performance with a low cost of ownership and suitable for use as high performance fluid flow meters. These high pressure flow meters are happy measuring simple water like products as well as lubricating fluids. The standard inlet and outlet are BSP or NPT female threads for autoclave, flanges are also available. For OEM use alternatives, including manifold mountings, are available. The standard models are 316 St St, and other materials are available if required. For hazardous areas either the Namur sensor or the reed switch (simple apparatus) may be used.
